scott & karen

thanks so much to everyone who commented on the last couple posts. you guys are awesome and it definitely gave me a boost. I have 5 other blog posts done and uploaded I just need to hop online every couple days for the next few weeks and press the 'publish' button. for now, you can check out a full wedding (if you've got the time). scott and karen were married in Ticonderoga, NY a few weeks ago and let me tell you, they know how to party. click here to view their slideshow and the fancy schmancy new slideshow format.

heather.

ok. i haven't posted in a long time. and before that, it was kind of a long time, and actually, it was a long time before that one too. i guess the bottom line is i haven't been posting very regularly. it's summer time and i'm really busy and blah blah blah.

i have to be honest, people. it is a little hard to make yourself write a journal and put forth all this effort and only get a couple measly comments. now, for those two or three of you that did comment, i'm not calling you measly. i'm talking to the random viewer in brazil who never says anything (yeah, i know you're out there. i can see you in my stats). a lot of people come to this blog right? i know there are loyal viewers and if you're reading this, then you must be one of them because if you weren't, you'd have been de-terd by the fact that i never post and you wouldn't be here at this very moment reading each and every word i type. so, why don't you do me a favor, take a moment, and let me know why it is you never comment. i want to know....;)

justin and michelle

Justin Demers. A lot of people who read this blog probably already know who he is. Insanely good photographer? Canadian? ringing any bells yet? Well, he was my photographer when I got married last year and probably just to be a nice guy, he hired me to photograph him and his beautiful wife/business partner Michelle when they got married last month. These guys are hilarious. I'm pretty sure I laughed the whole shoot.

anna & gabe

you may remember anna from a bridal shoot a few posts back. anna and gabe are two friends of mine from college days. gabe and i also did some traveling together in europe at one point so i was pretty excited to be able to shoot their wedding. it was a genuine and beautiful ceremony and a crazy party afterwards. i'm not much of a writer so i don't usually say much about these posts but i have to tell you that anna and gabe love each other as much as any two people i've ever seen. when you witness something like that, it's moving; even if you've been to 100 other weddings, it's a very special gift.anyways, enough gooey emotional stuff; here are some nice photos.... here's one to show you we still take the traditional family shots in addition to the fun ones.

patrick and sarah

patrick is my wife's brother so sarah is my new sister in law (is that right?) so...this was a pretty special wedding for me. and probably them too i guess. also, the pictures went pretty well so this is a really huge post. leave me some comments if you make it to the end of this monster.

sarah (the ol' ball and chain).

so, just for fun, sarah and i took some pics near the home-front a couple weeks ago. i kinda had to force her to let me post these (she's a little shy).anyways, we only shot for about 30 minutes at this one location before it started raining so we'll probably take another swing at it in the future if we find a really cool location. meanwhile, here's 7 that i really liked.

lina and redding

It has been SOO long!! I have a massive amount of blog posts to catch up on! But I am ready and will hopefully be knocking them out soon so keep checking....... First on the list: Lina and Redding, what an AMAZING wedding with such a cultural family!! Such a fun and lively crowd to be around. Thanks for letting us be a part of it!

bill & molly (Savannah, GA)
